“What I value most and strives towards, as a group facilitator, teacher and supervisor are the qualities of attentive listening, holding safety, support, warmth, depth, humour, kindness and clear reflection, coupled with my own continual professional development and deepening of my own practice. I adhere to the MBITAC Mindfulness-Based Interventions Teaching Assessment Criteria and am registered with the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers.” I am currently engaged in training in MBCL: Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living.
“One of my other passions is as a volunteer for Riding for the Disabled (RDA) where the ponies with their awareness of the children are a delightful example of mindfulness!”
